The hotel offers small but spotlessly clean rooms with comfy beds and nice modern bathrooms on the top floors. The service is very hospitable and helpful, making me feel welcomed and attended to. The location is fantastic, right on the main street in Zermatt and close to everything, though there were some issues with the food being too salty and communication problems at times. The dining experience was wonderful, especially with made-to-order eggs, and the facilities were up to my expectations.

Despite that, they were comfortable, but the noise from nearby bars until early morning was a bit disruptive. The service was fantastic, with friendly and attentive staff who made sure language barriers weren't an issue. The location was perfect, right in the vibrant town center with easy access to various attractions, but the nearby nightclub did contribute to some noise. Dining was a hit or miss, with a good selection but room for improvement. Overall, a decent stay with some minor drawbacks.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms provided a great view of the charming village rooftops, including the Matterhorn, and the balcony was a fantastic addition.
